Description
The Huckleberry Hill Recreation Area has over 15 miles of singletrack with a little bit of doubletrack and fire road mixed in. The singletracks can be very challenging.
There's also a small playground with swings and slides and town athletic fields.
You can get maps at the Avon Town Hall which may be a good idea since there are so many trails. It wouldn't hurt to print out the maps at the top of the page either. But some of the trails aren't on the maps yet.
Huckleberry Hill is close to Countryside Park and Found Land both of which also have trails.
Directions:
Take Route 44 in Avon to Lovely Street. Continue to the Huckleberry Hill Recreation Center. Behind the Soccer fields there is a trail head.
Start:
Use the trailhead behind the socer fields, or the parking area at 270 Huckleberry Hill Road. Have a great ride.
