SNH NEMBA Wednesday Windham Intermediate Ride
Location: Windham High School (New Hampshire)
Time: 5:45 PM EDT
For: Members and prospective members of Southern NH NEMBA
Intermediate ride, 8-12 miles, 90-120 minutes, no drop - I will not leave anyone behind.
During the first half of the ride, there will be multiple bail out points with direct routes to the lot for anyone short on time or who decides the ride isn’t for them.
We will ride at a moderate pace with breaks at intersections to regroup and give people a breather.
There is some tech involved, so you should be fairly comfortable with singletrack with roots and rocks, but know there is no shame in walking some sections.
The main goal of this ride is to have fun riding in a group and to help encourage people to become more comfortable on intermediate, and sometimes technical, terrain.
So if you are an advanced novice unsure about this, I encourage you to come give it a try because this is how you will get better.
If you have any questions or want more details, feel free to PM me on FB Messenger or send me an email at .
Please sign the waiver in advance. You only need to sign once for any NEMBA group ride or trail care day for all of 2021: https://smartwaiver.com/splash/17029. You don't need to be a NEMBA member to ride with us, but you do have to sign the waiver.
Where to meet: We will be meeting in the Windham High School parking lot. As you drive up the road to the HS, take your first right before the big cat, then turn into the lot immediately on the right. We will meet at the far end near the maintenance shed. Look for a white Tacoma with a NEMBA and other MTB-related stickers. We meet at 5:45 and will be ready to roll by 6pm.
