Join us on Mondays for a Practice Your Technique (PYT) ride at various locations around our region.

Following a successful pilot in 2013, the weekly GBNEMBA PYT ride (formerly at the Fells on Wednesdays) now moves to varios locations on Monday nights. And, thanks to the very kind sponsorship of JRA Cycles, we will be having pizza delivered for immediate post-ride consumption!
Format: PYT = Practice Your Technique. The format is all about building MTB skills: bike handling, body position, sessioning on trail features, braking, climbing, shifting, etc. Russell Mill has a pump track which will be utilized as well. The ride will be led by GB Ride Guides, is no-drop and could best be thought of as "ride, practice a skill, ride some more, practice a skill, etc."
The PYT rides have something for all riders of all abilities and levels. Come out and learn something new or get better at something you are rusty on - and maybe meet some fellow riders to ride with in the future. This is a great way to take your skills up a notch!
