Come try out a new kind of group ride: Workout Wednesday!
The goal is to provide a supportive environment for improving your MTB fitness. This means hill/loop repeats, potential for silly off-the-bike drills, and stretching afterward (if you don't sneak away). While this isn't a skills ride, the reps-and-repeat format will give you a chance to try trail sections multiple times or add in skills drills. Riders who are comfortable on singletrack and looking to improve fitness will get the most out of this ride.
Arrive by 5:30; we'll check in/warm up and leave the parking lot at 5:45. Bring your bike, helmet, water, and anything else you need for 1.5 hours in the woods.
