Grab your layers, fatbike, and sense of adventure- Fatbike February is back!

 

Saturday 2/5 10am: DAR State Park

Sunday 2/13 10am: Canal Trails

Sunday 2/20 10am: Stump Sprouts

Saturday 2/26 10am: Hawley

 

These are all-conditions rides and we won't reschedule or cancel unless the roads are unsafe or the trails will be damaged. This means it could be a slog, could be icy, or could be a blast... either way you should join! Keep an eye on the individual event pages for conditions updates, especially re: studs or potential skinny-compatible conditions.

 

Each ride will offer several options for distance/difficulty, and all are no-drop. Reach out if you’d like to help lead/sweep a ride group!

Fatbike February: DAR State Park

Saturday 2/5 10am

All Levels Ride

First up is DAR. We’ll meet at the main parking area on Moore Hill Road. Fingers crossed the cold weather holds and we can get in an epic lake ride.

 

Each ride will offer several options for distance/difficulty, and all are no-drop. Reach out if you’d like to help lead/sweep a ride group!

Fatbike February: Canal Trails

Sunday 2/13 10am

The Canal Trails are fast, flow, and fairly flat (though there are some short steep pitches for the thrill seekers). We’ll meet at the main parking area on North Washington Street. Parking is very tight here, so PLEASE CARPOOL or park at the southern lot further down North Liberty Street and ride over.

Sawmill in the winter is faster, flowier, and less technical thanks to the snow-covered rocks. Come check out the cooler side of this bike destination.

 

We’ll meet at the main parking area on Colonel Lavalley Road. Parking is very tight here, so PLEASE CARPOOL or park over by Chartpak and ride over (<5min ride).

Finish out February in the hills. Hawley offers some of the best snowy singletrack around, plus well-groomed snowmobile trails for when you need a tech break.

 

We’ll meet at the main parking area (Hawley Fire Department on Plainfield Road). Parking is tight, so PLEASE CARPOOL!
