Save the date (September 25, 2021) for our Carrabassett Adventure Ride (part of the New England Mountain Bike Association‘s MTB Adventure Series) and CRNEMBA Party at the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center in Carrabassett Valley, Maine.  Ride the epic trails of the Carrabassett Valley trail network during beautiful fall foliage.

Riders of all abilities are welcome and invited.   There will be guided rides for all levels.    Ride guides will show you the trail system with riders of similar ability with an emphasis on having fun and connecting with fellow riders.

We also hope you’ll stay for our informal annual meeting. 

RIDING: 
Riders of all abilities are welcome and invited. There will be guided rides (see details below) as well as self-guided routes clearly marked for those who wish to venture on their own. Ride guides will show you the trail system with riders of similar ability with an emphasis on having fun and connecting with fellow riders.

WHO IS INVITED: 
Anyone with or without a bike, from the Valley or beyond, and current NEMBA members and soon to be members who want to be introduced to the trail network and CRNEMBA, to just ride the trails, or most importantly, to have some fun!

You do not have to be a NEMBA member to take part, but everone must have signed NEMBA's Annual Waiver.

BIKE RENTALS: 
Bike rentals may be available details to come.

END-OF-SEASON PARTY: 
Expect the party to begin when you return from your afternoon ride, about 4:00ish, with complimentary beverages. Grilling of hot dogs and burgers will begin as soon as folks are ready to eat! Food will be available at the Sugarloaf Outdoors Center, again free to all riders and guests. Potluck is welcomed. 

INFORMAL ANNUAL MEETING (6:30-7:30PM): 
Please join us for an informal meeting with CRNEMBA Board members to learn what we are doing, our relationship with the Carrabassett Valley Trails, and to ask questions and share your hopes and wants for CRNEMBA.

REGISTRATION:
Registration will be available at the Sugarloaf Outdoors Center, beginning at 9:00 AM. Each rider will be required to sign a liability waiver if they haven't already done so.

FEES:
- CRNEMBA or NEMBA members from any other chapter: $10/person
- Non-members: $50/person
- Kids ages 15 and under: Free with a registered parent or guardian.

PARKING:
Parking will be available at the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center, in the lower parking lot. 

The goal for this event includes a celebration of our bike community and further recruitment of members. Thanks to the remarkable support we receive from our members, volunteers, sponsors, and partners, our trail network will continue to expand! As is always the practice for CRNEMBA, financial proceeds will be directed towards further development of CRNEMBA and the trail system we are creating with our partners.
