Who Are We
Central CT NEMBA is a dedicated chapter of the New England Mountain Bike Association, committed to building a thriving mountain biking community. Central CT NEMBA is powered by a dedicated group of volunteers and seeks to unite the local community of mountain bikers. Our members include riders of all skill levels, united by a shared passion for adventure, trails, and giving back to the outdoor spaces we love.
What We Do
We partner with local stakeholders and land managers to build, maintain, and enhance sustainable trails, ensuring they remain accessible and enjoyable for all. We organize exciting events and fun group rides for all skill levels. We also provide resources for education, safety, and advocacy to foster responsible riding and trail stewardship.
Where We Operate
Located in Central Connecticut, we work on trails across the region, including networks like Rockland Preserve, Tyler Mill Preserve, and Case Mountain. Our efforts extend to collaborating with local landowners, towns, and preservation groups to promote outdoor recreation throughout the community.
