Description
There is a very easy track that we call the Rail Trail. It is an old railroad track that is very flat, but you can go off this trail and into the rough, fun terrain. In Mountain Biking Southern New England by Paul Angiolillo it shows a map, other trails, etc. You can also get more information by contacting Hometown Publications, PO Box 298, Trumbull, CT 06611. They have a newspaper, and they can give you detailed maps, etc.

Directions
From CT 25, take Exit 9 onto Daniels Farm Rd. At the light in Trumbull, turn right onto Tait Road.

Note: there is no parking without a permit in Old Mine Park and violators will be cited.
