Kona Bicycles and JRA Cycles Present...

                                 Fourth Annual

THIS EVENT IS NOW SOLD OUT

Saturday, April 29th, 7pm

Kona Bicycles and JRA Cycles proudly present the 4rd Annual Boston Mountain Bike Video Awards, a NEMBA benefit. Featuring the best regional videographers and the best local riding talent, the event is a fun-filled evening of films, Redbones BBQ, and cash bar sponsored by Harpoon Brewery. Get your tickets now to ensure a spot; finalists will be announced the end of March at which point the tickets will likely go fast!

Kona Clump pro rider, Carlin Dunne, will be in the house, hanging out with the audience and talking about his experiences as one of the best —and most filmed— freeriders. (Yes, we know John Cowan was gonna come, but Carlin is the man!)

"This event has become a great tradition for New England mountain bikers." says event organizer, Krisztina Holly. "It brings together the whole Boston mountain bike scene and gets people psyched for the new riding season."

The event will be held at a historic silent film movie theatre that has been converted into a community center by the Phillips Congregational Church in Watertown, MA.

Tickets to the event are $30 (food included) online below, or you may call 800-576-3622. This event has sold out each time, and we recommend that tickets be purchased well before the event. No tickets will be available at the door.

The finalists are:

Sean Curran: Rang - A local’s tour of some of the best riding near Boston.

Rachelle Dermer: I Fell - An in-depth, artsy interpretation of an endo. What does it mean? You decide.

Joe Foster and Ben Salloway: To Dirt We Shall Return - A soulful look at mountain biking from the teen’s point of view.

Mark Halliday: Phoebe’s Birthday Party – A flashback reminding us what mountain biking is all about.

Joey Kolbe: Yard Sale - Pain and suffering, and some funny footage, on the infamous Yard Sale at Mt. Snow.

Justin Schroth: Full Circle – Stylish riding by some of the sport’s most accomplished riders, caught on film by last year’s winner of the Most Entertaining and People’s Choice awards.

Jeff Udell: Time Lapse - A grueling 24 hour race condensed into ten minutes, by last year’s Best Production winner.
