Does anyone know of a Local Bike shop that will rent a bike out for a week to someone?

A UConn Alumn is returning to the area over the holidays and he's interested in riding the Hollow and Schoolhouse Brook weather permitting. I'm hoping to join him for at least a few rides. He's coming in from San Diego and doesn't want to ship his Superlight.

In a pinch he could ride my Nail Trail or my wife's Marin (although her rig is very entry level)....I'd probably let him ride mine and I'd ride Mrs. Marin's if it came down to it.

There must be a LBS out there who would willing to rent out a bike for a week. I'm going to check with Scott's in Willimantic first, but if you guys and gals have other suggestions please chime in.
