3/1/13: March Trails Closure for Riding @ Fells in Effect

It's March and that means that unless DCR determines the trails are OK to ride on , the Fells is closed to riding until 3/31.

Got a question. Not long ago, I thought I saw a posting somewhere about the Fells Opening day for 2013 (I thought that it was in May). When I went back to look for it again, I couldn't find it. What's the story on that?
