Looking for some recommendations on footwear for ice bikin'. My plans are to go out onto the lakes when they eventually freeze over. I have no problem when moving with the studded tires but it is once stopped that I lose my footing. I have experimented with some track and field shoes(http://www.amazon.com/Mizuno-Wave-Ka.../dp/B002VJKDH8) with thermal socks. Was curious if anyone had some other suggestions.
