Get there early to find parking, mainly. "Crowded" is a relative term when the ride covers 20+ miles of singletrack. But for sure, the earlier you head out onto the trails, the better.

The chilli pots have been bubbling all week. Double batch on Saturday. 3 kinds of hot peppers, 3 kinds of dried chillis. Yum. Think pork sirloin coated with chilli powder and hot pan fried in olive oil. Linquica too. Your chilli chef, Lee.

What's the 10am Diesel ride?
Todd
Frank D and the Diesel Bikes Crew do a Group Ride. Great buncha guys..........they tend to seek out the more technical trails. You won't see many 4 inch travel XC race bikes in their pace line. hahahahaha I talked to Frank D. yesterday and he said he has about a 10 mile loop planned out. Some of it follows the marked advanced route then branches off to some fun 'off the map' type stuff.

Great ride yesterday at Wicked. Huge thanks to the organizers, you all never fail to deliver the goods. Always a highlight of the riding year. Stupendous chili as well. Anyone know how many riders?
