I'm doing a web mapping app project for school and was hoping some of you social media savvy bikers could help out. The web app is to create a map of the LandLocked Forest trail system and overlay a few social media layers, e.g. Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, etc. I believe I have the basics done, but could use some help populating the social media side, especially Twitter. I've been able to put some geolocated photos on Flickr and somebody already had a video or two uploaded to YouTube, but the location isn't very close when I try to use Twitter from my phone.

So if you are somebody who uses Twitter and you do so from the trail, throwing in a #LLF would make your tweet show up on the map (as long as you have location turned on).
