Needham Town Forest

Anyone have a map (or a description) of where all the good stuff is out in NTF? I've found a few unmarked trails that had some nice rock rollers and drops, but I've searched around there a few times and can't put a solid loop together that avoids all the damn double track.

Both times I've been out there, I've parked at the ball field, went around the pond and started out on the red birdhouse trail........then just stumbled around and explored.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
