Hi folks,

Long time since I've posted in the forums. I've moved to North Andover, very near the Boxford line. I've ridden in Boxford State Forest and Wildcat Forest so far (they're both a short ride from my house), and stumbled over a little trail system called Lord Woods. I'm wondering what the locals could recommend. I've ridden at Harold Parker several times in the past. Unless I'm just hitting all the technical trails, I'm looking for terrain that's more like Wildcat than like, last old local system, the Fells. Rocks and roots are fine in moderation. If I only get a couple hours a week to ride, max, I want to keep the cranks turning, rather than fall on sharp rocks. (to each his own)

Suggestions? I'm told "Boxford is crawling with trails." The Google shows me BTA stuff, I see Trustees land, I see AVIS lands… it's hard to tell where bikes are welcome. Where do the locals ride?
