It may be/probably is, true that the land where the Otis trails are located are managed by MW. OK.........nice point, I'm proud of ya.

It seems you want to broker some sort of relationship between a user group and land manager......only that you don't seem to be affilitated with either one????????????

I tell you what, if you're so interested in a time trial loop. Here's what you should do. Find a bike shop where the owner won't swear at you and throw you out. Buy a nice spandex kit, a carbon road bike, and then set up a loop in your neighborhood and rip hot laps there. Problem solved.
