Hi everyone, I am in need of some advice for mtb training. I want to get back into some efta races next year. I have not raced in years. Right now i am in between bikes, I just sold mine. I am looking for a 29er since i do ride alot of technical trails. What plans do you guys use to get your lungs and legs in shape through the fall, winter and spring? Do you guys crosscountry ski, weight lift, etc. I am 35 and definetly need to start training now, I could stand to lose about 50 pounds too. Any advice would be great. thanks, charly
