Hi All-

Mt. Hood Golf Course in Melrose, MA has a small trail system that represents a
great local ride venue for folks from the area. If you live near this neighborhood
gem, please come to the trail day and check out the cool little trail network they have.

The Second Mt Hood Trail day will be happening this coming Sunday,
September 26th from 8:00am - 4:00pm. This is a major trail event as we
will rehab and reroute some sections of the trail around the first
pond as well as build 90 FEET of boardwalks. This is a lot of work and
we need at least 16-20 people there to help out. Please put this on
your event calendar and recruit a neighbor to come and help. All
instruction, tools, materials, gloves, water and lunch will be
supplied by GBNEMBA, The Golf Course Management Company, and The City
of Melrose Parks Department. Please bring safety glasses, wear sturdy
clothes and shoes, and bring lots of energy! (Half day commitments are
welcome, too!)
