To whom it may concern...stop pulling rocks
OK,
for whatever reason, someone has a habit of pulling small rocks out of well
established trails, and leaving them in the middle of the trail. this leaves
little holes which will increase trail erosion later on. Plus it leaves an annoying
rock in the trail (which is no big deal).
whoever you are, stop it...
--you are increasing trail erosion--

as seen and noticed the last few months in the PR. it is most
likely trail walkers or kids. it sucks
I can understand the occasional pedal-jacked rock...this is far too
common this year to be attributed to pedal-jack
