I've got a 90mm stem but it has a little rise - you could however flip it inverted if need be.

Yeah, stem is for the Paradox - a brilliant bike I'm finding out.
My current stem is a cheapie stem from the parts bin for general fitting purposes and is way flexie. I'm looking for something better and stouter - most stems would be better the current.

It is black and a generic stem - maybe a take off from a Cannondale or something like that.
