Hey all
(Not actually an official NEMBA TCD, but still a good day to get out on the trail....)
There's an informal Friends of Wompatuck work day this sunday at
Wompy.Yup that's tomorrow. Meet at 8:30 at the Visitor Center. We'll
carpool out or you can ride out to specific sites. Do some shovelling
and power wheelbarrowing in a couple of trouble spots, then you can
have the rest of the day to ride! Donna Howard does have a mellow
social ride at 11:00, so like I said, it's informal, so work as little
or as much as you want. The more bodies the quicker it will be done.
If you're riding earlier, you can even meet a crew while you're
riding, get a quick upper-body workout, then ride on! You don't even
have to bring a shovel in your camelbak, but if you're not riding in,
bring your favorite......and gloves, eye protection, bug stuff,
hydration, the usual trail needs......
Either way, let us know your plan, and we'll let you know where to be.
