Up for sale is a 2004 Marathon S bought new in 2006 and never pushed to its limits. I ride only in the northeast and have a hard-tail ride. I recently did an oil change and the travel is now too plush for me.I just downsized to a 85mm Marathon to fit my ti frame better..

The fork has stock springs in it (heavy, ideal for over 170lb rider) and is built like a tank. It is dubbed as an aggressive cross country fork.

There is an issue with the ETA (lockout knob) There are supposed to be 5 positions, but the fork only locks down (leaving 15mm of travel as it should) or is in full travel mode. I am sure some tweaking with the cartridges can fix this.

A great fork that is known for its reliability, rebuildability, and giving you ability.
