What frame?
Although a medium sounds about right different frames have different measurements. Also it really depends upon what kind of riding you're planning on doing and how you want the bike to fit. For instance I'm just under 6' and usually fall into the large category but I have a medium for my DH/ FR bike for more maneuverability.
That being said I think it will be fine. Have fun, Nothing like a new frame to get the riding stoke on.
You're all set on that size. My friend owned a 6/7 Medium(18") and is 5' 10" with a short inseam and that frame fit him perfect. His was setup at 6" w/ 150mm travel Marzocchi. It would have fit fine with a 7" fork as well.
Well im going to do downhill biking on it.
