Where are places to MTB that have a lot of climbing?

Anything with an hour or so of Andover? I was riding at HP and a group said they were there because it was flat. So it go me thinking, where in Mass is there climbing? Okay I can assume there is climbing out near the Berkshires, up in NH, ME and VT but how about close to home?

When responding can you give me a reference to a lot of climbing? Like each climbs is 10, 20, 30, 30+ minutes long or <1 or >1 mile. I moved from SJ, CA last year and am use to climbs being miles on miles. I was never a great climber but miss it a bit. Let me know.
