NEMBAFest at Wompy
Topeak-Kenda MTB Adventure
THIS EVENT HAS BEEN
RE-SCHEDULED TO SATURDAY, SEPT. 9th!
NEMBA's Premier Riding Event of the Year!
Our mountain bike festival is just around the corner -- September 9th. Come for the day, or if you wish to make a weekend out of it, there will be camping the night before.
There will be all sorts of led rides for people of all abilities, including some family rides, and you'll be able to participate in the Mountain Bike Olympics --log pulls, wheelie contests, tire tosses, bunny hopping, limbo and more. The NEMBAfest is the largest of the Topeak-Kenda MTB Adventure Series, presented by Dirt Rag Magazine.
Check out the industry expo -- get some great deals on bike stuff or demo some of the latest and greatest mountain bikes.
You can even bring all your old bike junk and set up in the Bike Swap Zone! And bring your old used inner tubes to be re-cycled at the Wingnut Re-cycle Center, so the good folks at Wingnut can turn them into useable products and keep them out of the landfill.
Wompatuck State Park offers fantastic singletrack, as well as mellow trails for novice and family riding. We'll have many miles of marked trails for you to explore the forest and get your fill of great New England singletrack.
For camping, come after 12pm on Saturday. Make sure you bring everything you need since it's unsupported -- we'll try to have a nice bonfire for everyone under the stars. There is only an additional $15 charge to come spend the night.
Registration: Registration begins at 9AM on Saturday
Camp the night of the Fest and stay for the Sunday Race !
Check back here soon for details on coming the day before to do some riding and camp out on site the night before.
Don't miss the event of the season!
