I hope this is not getting too old, but here is my biweekly Kingdom Trails Post.

Today the trails were pretty greasy because it rained hard up there last night. I rode with one of my regular riding partners that rides a GF Sugar. He had drivetrain issues about halfway through (I love my single speed), so we cut the east side of our ride a little short. I am beginning to string together a series of trails on thh west side of Darling Hill, and I have it almost ideal for me. I forget the names of all the trails, and I do not have the map in front of me right now, but I will repost when I have the list.

I still do not have a great east side loop hammered out. Again I do not have the trail map in front of me right now, but we did KNOB/BONK, Rim, Leatherwood, East side trail, and because of my riding partners drivetrain issues, we cut it short and finished up on Vast to Harp.

I think ideally I would have hit ketchel (sp?). Does anyone have some easat side suggestions. I have ridden heaven's bench to ridge to rim, and that is a pretty nice series of trails. Given more time I would have tried to hit widowmaker.

Any and all suggestions are appreciated. Our next trip is in two weeks.

P.S. for those that want a rough estimate of the west side trails we did here it goes:

Harp to loop to somethingorother that leads right to fenceline to coronary to loop to Bemis to Tody's tour (we skipped beaver trail, but will probably try it next time) to west side trail to webs to west side trail to dry feet to west side trail. We pause alongside the river for a snack and a breather. My legs alway s feel a little heavy after this stop, and I would like to omit/shorten it in the future. We then climb up hogs head to border to old webs (right fork) then back onto border. At this point in the ride I was tempted to do old webs again and take the left fork. From Border we cross the field to the east side.

If you have read all of this I apologize.

Cheers,
