So, what has everyone been doing to keep busy when not riding this winter (besides skiing/snowboarding, etc.)? What kind of winter bike projects are happening?

I just stripped my new Lemond 'cross bike and applied 2 coats of framesaver over the last two days. I'll be building up a Santa Cruz Chameleon next week with the parts from my Komodo. I'm also going to do some much needed work on my road bike and one of my singlespeeds.

Anyone have any major projects like a new bike build up, learning to build frames, wheels etc. ?
