    Default Bombproof boot

This forum was a big help getting me set up for the winter riding thing.

This boot and Rocky gortex sock combo proved to be a lifesaver. I stepped in some deep water with no worries. Virtually bombproof.

Only drawback is you may forget how cold you buddy's feet may be.

If this were to happen could you sincerly call yourself their friend? I know you would never forget.

One more good point; If you spend alot of time in the snow changing derailers these keep your inactive toes toasty.

Well, If I were to forget my buddies, I would plead for their forgiveness, and ask they remain friends in spite of me.

Breakage....so true, not fun in winter.
