GIGS FOR FEBRUARY

If anyones's interested:

on Saturday Feb 15th I will be playing guitar with a small jazz ensemble at RJ Crowleys in West Newton form 8 or 8:30pm til 11 or 11:30. The line-up is guitar/upright bass/tenor sax and will be mostly straight ahead jazz (instrumental) and some bop.

On Wednsday Feb 19th I will be playing guitar and singing with a bass player, doing originals, figerstyle blues, Jorma/Tuna, Dylan, and Nick Cave tunes. Also at RJ Crowleys.

The 19th gig is my own project, on the 15th i'll be taking more of a background part in the band. Also, I'm trying to get people to come out for the 19th gig so i can get a regular nite a month there. The jazz band already has one nite a month.

I'm sure we would all love to hear you. Perhaps we could get all the musicians in NEMBA to bring their instruments and have a big improvisational jazz session. I cant help ya there, i only know folk tunes, camp songs and hymns.
