Trail Runner Magazine has an article "Trail Angst" about the conflicts between runners and bikers in the Fells. It's actually a fairly positive article in which NEMBA is quoted.

Not only is that a sweet article, but they mention my site!! Thats awesome!! Is that article in the print mag?? I need to get a copy if it is!!!!

It's also just old, dating back to early in the Fells Wars, if I recall correctly...

I believe he is saying that the term "Wheeled-locusts," saying that is an old phrase.
