Man, this really made me laugh! Knuckle, I have no desire to debate you, but someday I think a ride would be most entertaining.

Evil expanded the thread to page two; Knuckle's post is at the bottom of p. 1 on this link.

Classic KnuckKnuck indeed.
The knuckles is certainly a misunderstood genius.

Only years from now, will we truly understand the wisdom of his many words. Yes, many years from now.

In fact, I suspect I will not live long enough to see the wisdom in them. ;)

I think I'm really warming up to Knuckles. We should really go for a ride with him. But I'm leery. I think there would have to be about 20 of us before I would feel safe. Maybe a stun gun too.

I have this home brewed ammonia cocktail that works well on dogs. Possibly it would work on Knucklefocker if sprayed directly into his eyes.

BUt, I still think a large group would be preferable.

Not sure why you guys say that.
Knuckles is cool and harmless.

He's got a little attitude, but not out to harm anyone. Just have his own share of fun. We know his commentaries are sprinkled with ********...but that's what we love about em.

Dam straight, we'll be riding together in the spring. Probably a ride thru Nam with Splat first off. See how well Knuckles has trained that Gemini, and what tricks it does. And get some dirt on it for christ sake's! ;)

Jeesh, a whole thread about me and I'm not involved. Well now I am. No one needs to fear me, I'm actually a peace advocate, but when it comes to the goverment or any other entity that tries to control me; don't go there with me. Yeah I know I have an aggressive thought process, but that's what makes it interesting. I'm just disgusted with the way the government runs and the way this country has become a revolving door for what I call "less than lows". We'll before someone accuses me of predjudice, let me say this. I never hated a man because of his skin color. I never hated a man because of his ethnic origin, but as far as the U.S goes, if I had my way, the doors would be shut. Only people with international "business certifications" would be allowed in or out of the country. Those certifications are based on job and need to fly in and out of the U.S. Other than that, the doors shall be SHUT. Jesus, here I go again on the politics thing, and this post wasn't even about politics. We'll I guess that if you wanted to compare me to someone, it would be Bill O'Reilly. He's one bad ass mo fu and I love him to death. Enough of the political monologue, onto bikes. Well it disturbs me to think that you folks don't think I ride. I rode all last summer. I've been to Franklin (rock country), Wrentham, Foxboro, Leominster and many other places. Just because I take a photo of my bike all cleaned up in the living room does not warrant a blitz on me for not riding my bike. I RIDE MY BIKE; enough of that. As for tricks. I can't do any tricks. I've never hucked my bike as there is nowhere I've seen to huck. I'm going to make it to Vietnam and Lynn this spring. I'll do jumps and hucks, but I'm not going off that drop in nam that has the double or tabletop at the bottom, well at least not yet. Yeah I am a nut, but I gotta get there first. I've had about 15 different bone breaking in my dirt bike riding career, so I'm a little more careful now. Not that I don't want to do crazy stuff, but I can't stand being laid up. I busted my wrist last summer and that sucked, but I plan to do some serious riding this year. Perhaps we'll have a knuckle festival and go riding somewhere and go back to my crib and suck back some frosties. I'll buy the beer. I'm good like that. Seriously though "Knucklefest" this Summer. Oh yeah, you can leave your mace and pepper spray at home. No need for that. Bring a mac 10 instead. Knuck knuck

Told ya he's cool.
Knucklefest it is, then.
Good job dude.

2 Thumbs up for O'Reilly.

It'll make an excellent trailbike wont it? I don't give a f* I'll still keep up to any cross countryer. Couldn't win a race on it, but I don't care if it's 60lbs or whatever, I'll still ride it 30 miles, I don't care and neither will my legs. I've been killing myself all winter with the nordic track and squats and all that stuff. I can't wait to get out there and punish myslef.

Ok Knuckles I hate to bust your bubble but you wont be able to keep up w/ any xc rider on that bike (perhaps a slow one with a bad back and a bum knee). I would bet my life that I could drop you in less than 5 minutes on a xc ride, me on my xc bike, you on the stinky.

It's a big travel bike for big crazy stuff, I'm sure it will be a blast to ride and you can use it for a everyday bike but one thing it isnt is easy to pedal.

Knucklepimpdaddykonariderfockerscraper,

As a current owner of 3 fine pieces of Kona machinery.
And 2 more Konas on the way this year.
Let me say fine choice and welcome to the other side.

Yeah I know I wouldn't be able to keep up with you AA. I'm just saying that I don't care if it's 60lbs. I'm not a grams freak like some xc dudes. I don't race, I just ride, all I'm saying that I can ride the thing all day no matter how much it weighs. Peace Knuckle

That's cool, I think that weight lifting will be an appropriate off season training method for you.

Actually I think that a lot of pro downhillers and freeriders do strength training of some variety, helps them chuck the bike around and makes them more durable for when they crash.

I'm not really into body building. I don't want to have too much bulk. I just do the nordic track 20-30 miles a week, about 400 situps a session, 40 curls per arm with a 30lb weight, 40 pushups, and 50 leg sqats on the body by jake bun and thigh shaper (my wifes machine). My big thing is endurance. With the legs I have, I'd be an excellent x-countryer, but I like the freeride stuff too much. I just got winded a lot last season and it ain't gonna happen this year. Last ride I did was at Franklin. Being the dum dum I am, I got lost and a 4 hour ride turned into 7. I was surprised what my legs did that day. I think I clocked like 37 miles or something. Krackel

KnuckleFest 2003 - I'm down for that one!

I like the idea of a Splat-guided tour of 'Nam, too.

Just kidding about the ammonia spray in the eyes, for those who couldn't see the joke.

Fret not my pals, all of you. I take no offense to anything anyone says. I might get rip sh*t mad for 3 minutes and strike back, but that's just my inner demons, who for the most part don't get the best of me long term. If you met me in person, you'd never guess it was the same person ranting and raving like on this forum. I'm a cool cat, and for a long time, I've wanted to throw a slobberknocker at my new crib. I'll be expanding my deck out back in the Summer and I'd love to perhaps get a bunch of us to go out to a nearby place, say Leominster St. Park for a 4-8 hour epic or whatever is decided, then head back to my place for a genuine knucklefest. I will provide the keg and the meat. All you have to do is show up. There's some decent riding in Leominster if you like long trails. Lots of hills, but not too bad if you bring plenty of water and stop every 5-10 minutes. I'm sure I'll be bringing my Gemeni up there and not my new "PIG" the stinky 9 as the hills out in Leominster will kick my ass on that bike, but I'm serious I want to throw a "Knucklefest 2003" So when the time comes, I will post a time and date and try to set it up at a time when people can attend. Lets tennatively say the 1st, 2nd or 3rd week of June. Folks, let me know if the majority who want to attend are around anytime in June and we will try to schedule this thing around the attendence factor. I'd love to have all my "biker dudes" ha ha over my crib for a genuine Knucklefest. All in favor say I
Knuckle :o

Dear K*sc*,

Just to throw the gauntlet down, I think open borders would work a lot better than restrictions. Might have some affordable labor so we could get back into forgotten arts like manufacturing.

I don't have the answers to the worlds problems dude. If you wear a towel on your head, that's fine, if your skin is black, thats fine, if your skin is red, thats fine. I do not hate people because of their ethnic origin or their skin color. I take each person as I meet them. I am a peaceful dude, I just can't believe what the world has come to and it frusterates me. I go off with my radical viewpoints sometimes, but I don't have any answers. I'm a simple guy. All I want is to pay my bills, have my daughter and wife and I live healthy lives, have a steady job, decent car, crib and be able to buy a few toys here and there. That's all I expect out of life, and it scares me to think that people like Saddam Hussein are allowed to threaten that. Knuckle
