Need NEMBA Web Slave

NEMBA is looking for a volunteer to help add content to the NEMBA website. The volunteer wouldn't be the main webmaster, but would simply add content in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

1) Fairly fluent in HTML
2) Ability to do web layout. Mostly adding maps, graphics and logos with text to create appealing looking page within the basic format of NEMBA's current website
3) Ability to get stuff up in a timely fashion
