Both have been sitting in my garage for 2 years since my old car was totaled. The Yakima rack is old, faded but works fine. Is for modern cars (not rain gutters), comes with 3 sets of clips, but likely will not work (mercury topaz, olds or buicks). Two full tray fork mount SLR (short roof line) bike carriers. Fairing for normal cars as well. Towers have locks and the key is around somewhere.
The Thule is brand new. I got it from a friend who was taking a class with a guy from Thule and got us racks at cost. It is a trunk mount, 2 bike carrier. Their better model at the time, not the cheaper one. Never even opened the box.
I did not want a roof rack on my new car, and the trunk rack does not fit. I got a hitch rack so these have been wasting space for 2 years now. Buy them...PLEASE!! No offer too low at this point. I'm in Trumbull so you can come look and take a ride while you are at it. Would prefer to meet personally since shipping would be $$ and a hassle.
