Arcadia as of 12/26??

Anyone know what it can be expected to be like this weekend after the crap the Mother Nautre threw our way Christmas evening? Did this area get mucho snow? First rain then snow?

Neither I nor my friends have studded tires so if it's going to be perpetually icy, I would rather not make the drive down from MA.

Drove thru the middle of Arcadia early this morning on my way back from CT and it looked like 1-2 inches of snow were picked up. I;m sure it rained first and then snowed, however, you won't know until you get out there if it is icy or not. From the car going by at about 50 mph it looked pretty darn rideable to me.

Rode this am on the North side and conditions were awesome. Still an inch of snow on most trails, however, it was great snow for riding in. A bit of ice here and there but no big thing. Things should hold up until about Tuesday/Wednesday when rain is forecast with temps. in the 50's. Hopefully it will turn cold again after that so trails stay nice and firm. Enjoy while you can...
