On December 17 there is going to be a town Meeting , and one of the 4 warrants is about purcahsing the Fairbanks property. Holliston has till December 31 to Purcahse the property using right of first refusal. It is very Important to us that Holliston Purcahse this property.
I Just got a call from the real estate agent who listed the land , she was calling all residents near this land to infom us ( I informed her about a few things she didn't know, She had no idea about Nemba Buying the 47 acres ) , But what she told me is if Holliston Doesn't buy this land there are 2 developers who have offers on the table. and the one developer feels he could easily build 33 houses in there !
if you Know anybody in Holliston, Call them get them and ask them to go to the meeting and vote to approve the purchase of the fairbaks Property!! I'm going ! The Wife is going ! I going harass all the neighbors to go !
