Im looking at the FSA Afterburner crankset.

Im stuck between choosing the FSA Stand or the World Cup.
Im leaning towards the double with 44/29 tooth set up and a 11-34 cassette. My other option is the 44/32/22 set up with a 11-32 cassette.

I race all over New England. What do you think is my best choice and what would you pick?

I'm no great racer, and my technical advice may blow, but things are a little slow at work once again, so here goes:

For my race bike I go with a triple up front. And for a lot of the races, I take off my big ring and put a trials ring on instead....the big ring is just not needed. I really like having a 22 for a granny, so I don't think I go with a double with a low of 29. Because as the races wear you down, you can keep your cadence high and just relax.

This is my favorite setup (8-speed of course):

Up front: 44/34/22 (so when I take off big ring, the 34 is not too small)
Cassette: 11-32 (or 11-34 if I can find one)
