Where is the best parking to access biking trails in Burlingame? Though Burlingame is close to where I live, I haven't ridden there.

I live right next to Burlingame and ride around there quite a bit. The best place to park I would say is the picknick area. That is right off of Prosser Trail which is right off of Route 1. I have to been wanting to put together a ride there but I haven't decided when would be a good day. Hopefully in a couple of weeks. Although, any day during the week in the am would be great for me. I could ride until 3pm.
There is a sign next to the entrance building that shows the yellow dot trail that goes around the pond.
Let me know if you are interested in joining me and maybe a friend there if you like.

Thanks for the Burlingame tips. I would enjoy riding with you in Burlingame sometime.
I usually ride afterwork and on weekends. This week I'll be starting my annual autumn ritual of night rides which are fun and reduce the chance of getting shot while in the woods during hunting season. I did meet up with some coon hunters once during a night ride.
Which area bike shop do you use? I like Ray Willis and also use Mystic Valley. Ray Willis has stood behind stuff that they sell and the proces are competitive. Mystic Valley is open on Sunday

Victory Cycles is the number one place to go to. Randy and Tina are very friendly. They ride also, quite often. Tina is the Sec. for RINEMBA. Randy is like a bike elf. He is just that good and knows the parts. He worked on my $250 bike just as if it was a $2,500.00 bike. They also gives free maintence for a year with the purchase of any new bike.
You can find them in Hope Valley right next to Dr. Pcs and the YMCA off of 138. Right off of the highway exit 3B.
I hope to put together a group ride there most likely on a Sunday very soon.

Agreed, Victory is the best local shop for advice and maintinence...Ray Willis is kinda weak, I have purchased 2 bikes from there ($1,100 and $2,100 bikes) but they are not very knowlegable about their products..the only reason i got them there was because im such a Giant fanatic. Carsion, how bout this friday?...day off for me.

This Friday we have my Gramma's wedding to go to ( ::) ), will have to leave the house sometime around 10:30 am. Sucks. Might be able to squeeze in a ride on Thursday sometime, but Carsion would know more about that....
