Seriously...

Alright, I know a lot of you do not know who I am, so let me clarify: My other post, "women can't climb" is not meant to be taken seriously. I am merely resurrecting centuries-old stereotypes in an attempt to encourange women (and men) to show up at an event that perhaps otherwise, might not go to.

I am still serious still about my challenge. I will clean the bike of any woman who makes it further than me. (and if there is a lot of women who beat me, I hoping, just hoping, that some of you guys will take pity on me and my big mouth and help me out).

For the challenge you willl have three attempts to get as far as you can. The trail is steep at the beginning but not so technical. Then it isn't so steep but mucho technical. Good luck. And I hope to see many of you there and please spread the word.

I stand by what I said in the other thread. Degrading and demeaning people, whatever the gender, will not get them riled up to go to your fest in order to beat you up that hill. I'm glad that you clarified here, but that was way too much crap to have to wade through to get to this point.

Big Game may not always say the right thing but, he means well. Everyone knows someone that when drunk will say anything?? Well that's kind of Big Game 24-7. It's all meant in good fun.

He cares about NEMBA. He cares about Mountain Biking. He's a NEMBA Trail Ambasador. And, Big Game cares about the Ladies.

Give the Big Guy a break. If you've read any of the other forums he brings a LOT of witty humor and sharp sarcasm to the table.

Sometimes to find out where the line is you have to lose a toe. I think Big game lost half his foot on this one. Just leave him to lick his wouds and hope he finds the line before he presses the post button next time.

Like that time we broke into the mayor's office and stole the plans to the proposed Supermart and replaced it with plans for a proposed skate park. Man, that was a lot of fun. Too bad I got caught.
