I'm just here trying to spread the word as my fear of the future is constantly bothering me. I wan't to know that mountain biking is MY SPORT. And some few idiots are not going to cause mountain biking in Massachusetts illegal. It happened with Motorized Off Road Vehicles. I got rid of my off road ATV's and Dirt Bikes becuase there is nowhere to ride. I'm concerned that someday mountain biking will be outlawed in this state. I know I come across as having an aggressive though process, and that is the case, but I hate when people ruin my fun. I want a guarantee that mountain biking will stay legal in Massachusetts. I know you all think I'm nuts, but I've found my calling in mountain biking. It's my new obsession and it is here to stay. I just don't want a few sue-happy idiots ruining it so here it goes, spread it, think it, breathe it, live it.
WORD - IF YOU CRACK YOUR HEAD OPEN ON SOMEONE ELSES PROPERTY, IT'S YOUR OWN FAULT, NOT THE LAND OWNER. DO NOT RUIN THE REST OF THE SPORT FOR ALL OF US SENSIBLE PEOPLE. IF I CRACK MY OWN HEAD OPEN, IT'S MY OWN FAULT. SPREAD THE WORD. DON'T F WITH MY SPORT AND DON'T SUE INNOCENT LAND OWNERS. PEACE Kevin

Saying those words on the NEMBA board is preaching to the choir, dude. ;D I agree with you though. This country is too sue-crazy. You can't even serve someone a hot coffee without worrying about them spilling it on themselves and suing you over it.

Knucklescraper (sorry man but I'm playing off the Baboon , as in IAB, thing with this thread),

It is clearly evident you are passionate about the sport, as is everyone on this forum. Supporting groups like NEMBA, riding legal trails and keeping any Jackasses in line will help keep the sport going.

Do what you can but don't let your blood pressure sky rocket over it. Get on the GEMINI of yours and bust out....

Get some serenity...ride somewhere new this weekend...

Yeah I'm out of control with this biking thing. It's all I do all day long. Even at work while I apply large boring database patches, I surf nemba, pinkbike and nsmb.com
I'm thinking of going to Oxford tomorrow. My wife's not good at the hills so I hear that's a nice flat spot. PEACE, Kevin
