I just received great news from Rich LaBombard, a new loop around the firetower area has finally been approved for construction. The plan is to start building the trail at around 9 AM this sunday (22nd). He did not give me a definite time on nor a meeting location. I would assume they are meeting at the enterance to the firetower road.
