What did you expect a bunch of Democrats to say? Of course they all agree that precious taxpayers money should be used for programs that the majority of citizens don't necessarily care for. Look, I would like to see our parks maintained, but not with tax payers money. This is why we have organizations like NEMBA and such. It should be left to the interest of those who actually care about and use such resources to donate out of pocket to build bike paths and maintain trails.

Democrats will always tell you what you want to hear in order to procure your vote. I realize a majority of you are going to vehemently disagree with me on this. I expect nothing less in a state where people continue to put into office career polititians like Ted Kennedy, Tom Birmingham, etc., etc. who feed off of the whims of voters who want programs for everything that interest them.

I don't know about you, but my taxes are quite high enough, thank you. I don't wish to contribute to the continued bilking of my hard earned money to appease one particular group or another and feed into the simbiotic relationship between Democrats who only want you vote and people who think that government can do everything.

Will I vote for Romney or Howell? Not decided yet. But I do know who I won't vote for... everyone who answered that questionairre. Sorry. I know you meant well.
