I know my fork doesn't (it doesn't have any other holes except for the dropouts), but how to tell anyways and if my frame is disc compatible?
Thanks

There are two styles of rear disk mount on frames. The most common is the Universal Standard, which will appear as two disk bosses on the seatstay, just above the dropout.
The second is the less common Hayes mount on the chainstay, also near the dropout.
My guess is that if you need to ask, you probably don't have either.
good luck,

If you don't have a any of the two mounts mentioned above, a company called Brake Therapy makes a bolt-on disk brake mount. It attaches to your rear hub and brake boss, they work really well and are ideal for older bikes. You can check them out at www.therapycomponents.com .
