word on the street is Franklin Falls is riding fairly well too.
I will be there this Sunday to check things out a bit further.

lowell /dracut fair, 50/50 hard packed/ slogfest
horse hill excellent w studs
harold parker excellent studs/ rubber, most of the favorite singletracks are packed snow with patches of ice
pawtuckaway packed snowmobile trails
fomba couple of singletracks, fireroads
marshabeesic , excellent no studs required
beaver brook , studs
franklin falls , 75%
mt a. Pond side
willowdale studs
seems like nothings changed , supposed to be above freezing through tuesday so to avoid mud ( and ruining the trails ) get out early or after dark

Franklin Falls is about 75% rideable as it stands right now, but what is rideable is in really great shape.
Had a blast Sunday morning. I posted a more detailed ride report with which trails are in good shape over at http://www.cnhnemba.org for any interested.
