Looking for ideas for a small, outside-wall mounted natural gas heater. Mainly looking to take the chill off the kitchen with the hope that some of the warm air will make it up the stairs(from the kitchen) to the well-insulated bedrooms.
I'd use propane, except I heard that propane cannot be delivered to a house (in MA)that already has nat gas service....?
I'd also consider kerosene, if it doesn't have that restriction.
Where's a good place to shop for these things? And/or you have a used one you want to unload...?
Any advice appreciated!

Steve - Rinnai makes the best direct vent gas heaters out there.

Any decent plumbing contractor should be able to hook you up. Not a DIY item in Mass - only a licensed guy can run gas piping. Location of the vent is also a bit fincky - distance from windows, doors, ventilation systems etc.
