Marked on calendar... :)

Hopefully this time I don't almost run over half the work crew though... :D

I will be there...should I bring along my rock-bar? What are some of the planned projects? Has there been any scouting or planning for starting any new trails? Sorry for the 20 questions, but just one more...which beautiful sinister frame is going to be up for the winning? Ok, I'm done. See you on the 20th!

We'd love to hear any ideas you have for new trails. If you can't make it Sunday send me a message and we can meet some time out there to scope it out.

I wouldn't bother bringing a rock-bar, we have plenty of tools. We're planning a small re-route where the new log rides are to make the trail flow a little better. We may also put in a new log ride or two depending on how many people show up. Unfortunately, our last few trail days have been pretty small with just the regular Tuesday night crew showing up. No matter, we'll get it done.

I believe the Sinister frame is a Gruitr, same as last year.

This will be a 3-hour, 1/2 day trail maintenance, followed by subs from the casa de Pizza 99, followed by a 1:00pm-ish ride afterwards. There should be several of us to lead groups on rides afterwards, so there will likely be an XC and a cross-stuntery ride.

If you are somebody who rides 'Nam regularly, we will be working just after "Frankie Goes to Hollywood" - which is where the 3 new-ish skinnies are located back-to-back-to-back. If you were at the NEMBA plaque, you can take Rubber Stamp to the bottom and go left when you reach the junction with the down-n-up, or with the NEMBA plaque behind you, head down the trail toward 3 ledges, and turn right onto the down-n-up. (It's the first trail you come to).

The VLMC strongly encourages anyone interested in making 'Nam a better place to ride to come out and help, and if so inclined speak to us about any resonable improvements or modifications you would like to see. (Keep in mind we are limited to our little 55 acre plot of land, and don't do TM on the Holliston or Hopkington parsels, unless something changes in the future).

We have lots of trail-building tools, and regardless of whether you have ever done TM before, please come out.

We'd like to thank everyone for foregoing a beautiful day of riding to help us out for the last official trailday of 2009. 12 of us were able to complete our goal of rerouting a section of trail, moving one of 2 log rides and building a new drop on the new trail called Linkin' Logs.

Thanks to Bo, Rich, Bill, DR, Karl and Peter for all their hard work...I hope one of you wins a shiny new Sinister frame!!!!!

We're hoping to do a few more short trailwork/ride days this fall to finish up a few things.

Pics to follow.
