Headed to Killington next week for the first time. What's the "must see" trails and post ride attractions? Heard Long Trail brewery is pretty close. Did KT last year and it was a blast. Looking forward to another great trip to Vermont! Thanks

Killington is a great place to ride with long, well cared for trails that are nicely laid out. In terms of recommendations it depends what type of riding you're looking for.
They have the trails marked by difficulty just like ski trails. The Green Circles are mostly fire roads (which can actually be tough for beginners due to loose rock). The intermediates are doubletrack cruisers with less pitch that the experts. The black diamonds tend to be singletrack with some slope and the double blacks get steep and rocky. Here's a pix of the double black section of trail 7, one of the steepest, gnarliest rock gardens I've seen. There's a B route that skips this if you want... :)

One of my favorite combos is 1 - 7 - 11. You have a bit of climbing required to get to the top part of 11 but it's worth it. Twisty downhill singletrack laid out so minimal braking is required. At the end there's a cool set of stairs made out of snow making hose and a log ride.
For real downhilling bombing 30 is the trail with lots of granite. Slippery when wet...
21 is another challenging double diamond as are 31 and 34.
If you reply with your preferences I can make more specific recommendations.
Also, you could visit the bike shop by the gondola and ask Aaron for suggestions.

Love Killington - here's one of my favorite runs. Awesome ride - 1-3-2-1-34 (33)-6-9-1. Fast to tech and fast again.

That's a good one. 34 has a bit of a re-route this year, but is still quite good. I forgot to mention the 6-9 combo. Also, very good with some rocks and logs to play on. Be careful with 6 that you don't go too low or you can have a long uphill to get back to the lift.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have two days there, so hopefully I can hit them all!
