Hi folks,
The Snow Bowl is hosting a family fun day on July 3rd. We have the opportunity to run food concessions to raise funds for our club. We also need volunteers to help with the chairlift for mountain biking. There are other groups that are also intereted in running concessions, so I need to know if we can make this commitment soon. Please let me know if you would like to help out in any capacity.
We would also like to have a low key downhill time trial. I think the best way to pull it off would be to have it rider supported. Let me know if you are at all intereted in this. It would be pretty cool if we could set something up in the future like the Friday night races that the ski club supports.
Saturday's trail work went well. I'd like to give special thanks to Ian Oglvie for driving all the way from Round Pond to help out. The beginner ride is at the Snow Bowl this Wed. We will be meeting in the parking lot at 5:45pm.
