OK.. I have convinced a few of the sand bar people to come ride on the main land!! may 16th (17th for a possible rain date) exact time isn't set yet but figure mid morning (they have to come over on the ferry which is and hour and a 1/2 so it wont be too early)
Anyway, these CLIMB members (for those that don't know CLIMB is Concerned Long Island Mt Bikers) are coming over on the New London ferry to ride Bluff Point in Groton. and if there is time maybe one other close place.
Would love to have other New England riders there and make it a mix of East Coast Riders... Just think it would be a cool mix to have NEMBA members there to ride along side Islanders.
anyway, if you are interested post up so we can get a basic head count.
