Cliffside Ride, Rocky Neck State park.

here's a little vid I made over the last week or so riding a trail I call the "Cliffside Ride"! it's about a 3 mile trail down the center of Rocky neck State Park in East Lyme CT.. it's RIGHT off exit 71 on 95.. there are many other little trails there where you can get in a good 10 miles or so.. bring the family, let the wife and kids sit on the beach while you ride... not the biggest place but fun if you know where to go!! :)

Ah, Rocky Neck is where I did some of my very first mountain biking, when I was a teenager. It's not a big place, but it's got a good diversity of trails.

Thanks for the video. I totally recognized that twisty section.

I need to remember my bike one of these days that when I come down to visit my parents in Old Lyme. I bet it feels totally different 10-15 years removed.
